We booked our son’s 7th birthday here. The pros are it is convenient to book the party online, it is a trampoline park with more then just trampolines, it is not so big where the kids get lost, the party rooms are a decent size. The food (pizza & chicken tenders) were good.
The cons- the place is run by CHILDREN so common sense is lacking. Your party package is set and there are no changes allowed to be made. The party has an itinerary and it makes no sense so you are rushed in the party room and rushed to leave. The party host is there to literally give wristbands and socks. The place is so hot we had to keep sitting the kids down to drink water. Even tho we added a cake it was so frozen we couldn’t cut it and ultimately had to throw most of it away. They say they can decorate but they just put a tablecloth down with a setting for each kid.
The place got 3 stars because of the ease to book online and the fact the kids still had a blast. However doubt we will be going back.
Went to celebrate my 31st birthday and had an amazing time! All the stations are sturdy enough for adults & as long as you’re willing to be a big kid, the experience is a blast. We also had fun with the duck claw machine!
Had an amazing birthday party here last year, we come here on occasion and always have a blast. There is a ninja like course, trampolines, rock climbing, laser tag, an air line walk thing, and lots of arcade games.
Great place for a rainy day! We easily spent three hours here with our three kids of varying ages and could have spent even more time. Ivenson and Schneider in the laser tag area were amazing with our older ones and really made their day a fantastic one! Love launch!
This place is a joke. Where should I start: 1. A lot of teenagers work there and every single one of them were on their phones- from the check in to the trampoline portion to the food area.
2. Safety is clearly not a priority to them. No one was watching anything
3. Due to them playing and not working, they messed up our pizza. Instead of making a new pizza, they recooked the pizza making it extremely hard.
4. I ordered two large pizza’s to eat there (one would think we had at least more than 2 people in my party) - I asked for plates and the young lady handed me three plates as if I was annoying her. I said to her, that there were 6 people in my group, she handed me three more plates with an attitude. I (had) to ask her for napkins, she handed me two napkins. Again I had to repeat my party size, she gave me 4 more napkins.
5. When they finally did bring the second pizza that was recooked, they young girl, was in the process of placing the pizza on top of the first pizza that was not done and I had to look at her like she was crazy. She proceeded to look around like my facial gesture was not to her.
6. Walked into the laser tag area where the employees were listening to their music on their phones and took there time in acknowledging we were present. No explanation, just placed best on the kids and told them they had 20 minutes.
We won’t be returning- not to mention we drove an hour for the kids to enjoy something different.
It’s a nice, ok place. They keep it clean but the staff seems to be disgruntled and unhappy about people being here. The water fountains are broken or shutoff so you have to buy water bottles which isn’t cool.
Just felt like a well kept place that nobody there wants you to go to. Hopefully it was just the one time and their team learns how to focus on the kids that want to have fun.
Went for toddler time on Saturday and had a BLAST! Kids had a great time and there were no big kids dominating the equipment. A bunch of stuff wasn't working in the arcade, but you don't really come here for the arcade.
Today, we hosted my son's 12th birthday party at Launch. We booked the party online with ease. Patrice then called to confirm our arrangements. Patrice was patient, informative, flexible and always VERY quick to answer. She really should be a model team member for their staff. The day of went very smooth! Our party attendants were Shemeel and Madison. They were on point! I never had to go looking for them. If you have the option, request to work with these three. We had our party at 11 am on a Sunday so it was very quiet and almost like we had the place to ourselves. We really had a great experience!
